Dharam Karma : वेद वाणी

Sanskrit : अयं रोचयदरुचो रुचानोऽयं वासयद्व्यृतेन पूर्वीः। अयमीयत ऋतयुग्भिरश्वैः स्वर्विदा नाभिना चर्षणिप्राः॥ ऋग्वेद ६-३९-४॥ Hindi : जिस प्रकार सूर्य स्वयं प्रकाशित है और अन्य ग्रहों और उपग्रहों जैसे पृथ्वी, चंद्रमा आदि जो प्रकाशहीन हैं उन्हें अपने प्रकाश से प्रकाशित करता है। उसी प्रकार विद्वान जो ज्ञान से प्रकाशित हैं वह अपने ज्ञान के प्रकाश से अन्य मनुष्यों को भी प्रकाशित करें। जिस प्रकार सूर्य आनंद का प्रदाता है उसी प्रकार विद्वान भी मनुष्य को आनंद प्रदान करने वाले हो। (ऋग्वेद ६-३९-४) English : Just as the Sun ,self refulgent, illuminates lightless planets and satellites like Earth, Moon, etc. In the same way, scholars who are enlightened by knowledge should enlighten other human beings with the light of their knowledge. Just as the sun is the provider of happiness, in the same way, scholars should also be the ones who give happiness to people. (Rig Veda 6-39-4)
