Dharam Karma : वेद वाणी

Sanskrit : सं च त्वे जग्मुर्गिर इन्द्र पूर्वीर्वि च त्वद्यन्ति विभ्वो मनीषाः। पुरा नूनं च स्तुतय ऋषीणां पस्पृध्र इन्द्रे अध्युक्थार्का॥ ऋग्वेद ६-३४-१॥ Hindi : सृष्टि के आरंभ में परमेश्वर वेदवाणियों का प्रकाश मानव हित के लिए प्रदान करते हैं। जो मनुष्य इनका प्रकाश ग्रहण करते हैं वह उत्तम गुणों से संयुक्त हो जाते हैं और सुख भोगते हैं। प्राचीन काल से ही वेदों के ज्ञाता ऋषि और उपदेशक एक दूसरे से बढ़-चढ़कर इस ज्ञान को प्राप्त करने और उसके प्रसार करने में भाग लेते हैं। (ऋग्वेद ६-३४-१) English : At the beginning of creation, the Supreme Lord provides the light of the Vedas for the benefit of mankind. Those who receive its light become united with noble virtues and enjoy happiness. Since ancient times, the sages and preachers of the Vedas take part in gaining and disseminating this knowledge, vieing with each other. (Rig Veda 6-34-1)
